Eastside Casita

This guest house located in East Austin was designed and intended for short-term rental use. The kitchenette has all the essentials one needs for a short stay, with top-of-the-line appliances. We incorporated fun, geometric cement tiles for interest, as well as a shiplap headbaoard accent wall in the master bedroom. The vertical subway tile layout for the second bath, draws the eye up toward the skylight feature with sleek and minimal finish outs. The overall vibe for this eclectic short-term rental was desert-chic with a modern-minimalistic approach.
