S. 4th Street

This project is located in central Austin in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood and was a new construction home built by Guardian Custom Builders. My client’s had just relocated to Austin from the Pacific North West and were in need of all new furnishings, artwork and decor for their downstairs living and dining space.

Within the furnishings + styling package, we added on Venetian plastered wall in their living room as an accent wall treatment that added texture and some warmth. We also did custom drapery panels in their dining area to make this space feel more complete & separated from the living area, and it perfectly tied in with the builder’s kitchen backsplash tile selection. We also added on a built-in bar area below the staircase that was previously just an empty nook area that also ties in the navy, white and brass you see throughout the downstairs. This bar addition includes a wine fridge, custom painted cabinetry with brass hardware, a floating shelf to display glassware, and a gorgeous navy rimmed penny tile backsplash.
